Unified trade aggregator for public procurement

According to the Government Resolution of the Russian Federation as of 28 April 2018 №824-р from 1 November all federal executive agencies and their subordinated authorities are obligated to make certain procurement using a Unified trade aggregator. The exceptions are military and law enforcement agencies.

Municipal, educational and sports organizations, cultural institutions can use the aggregator for amounts no more than 400 thousand rubles. For medical institutions, the limit is 100 thousand rubles.

This innovation is aimed at improving the methodology for determining the initial or maximum contract prices as well as the prices of contracts concluded with a single supplier. In addition, it will allow to expand the opportunities of participation in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs.

Such electronic service has been working in test mode since July 2018 and now its use becomes mandatory.

The Unified trade aggregator is designed and maintained by RT-PROJECT TECHNOLOGY OPEN JOINT STOSCK COMPANY, 100% subsidiary of STATE CORPORATION FOR ASSISTANCE TO DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION AND EXPORT OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT RUSSIAN TECHNOLOGIES .

According to «Procurement analysis» of the Information and Analytical system Globas, for the 10 months of 2018 more than 2,5 million procurement were made amounting to 400 thousand rubles. The service is available by subscription to the system Globas.
