Problem
The Bank integrated a new system for checking legal entities and individual entrepreneurs - Globas. It is necessary to train all employees involved in the verification of borrowers and clients to work with the new product.
Solution
- we compiled a training program, where showed how to effectively and quickly use the tools and fuctions of Globas to solve everyday problems;
- in addition to practical aspects, we touched upon topics related to the macroeconomic situation, which determines the conditions for doing business in Russia, as well as the transformation of the country's banking system.
Result
- thanks to the online format, all employees of the Bank were trained at the same time, despite the fact that they work in regional offices located throughout Russia;
- during the training, the experts answered the questions that arose, because it is important for employees to accurately comply with the corporate inspection regulations and know what tools or functions should be used in this case;
