Online course
We trained 8 managers in certification of suppliers of the largest iron ore and aluminum products manufacturer in the Eurasian region.
Problem
The enterprises of the Eurasian Group actively conduct purchases in the Russian market. It is necessary to show managers the algorithms and tools of the Globas System for checking partners and clients that would take into account the Russian specifics of doing business, as well as the legislation of Russia and Kazakhstan in the field of compliance.
Solution
- we made an individual five-day course program;
- at webinars experts revealed the legal basis for checking partners and customers and ways to assess risks in order to comply with compliance requirements. They also revealed tools for rapid assessment of counterparties and prompt identification of risk factors together with signs of unreliability of the company in the procurement procedures, as well as the ability of Globas to check companies around the world;
