Offsite corporate training

Trained 50 managers of the economic security department of the largest Russian producer of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds.

Problem

The Group of companies implements the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Program. It is necessary to conduct a two-day face-to-face training for employees of the Management of the Parent Company and the Security Services of Subsidiaries, show the current methods of checking partners and customers and teach employees to identify fraudulent schemes.

Solution

• we selected a training program, where we revealed the tools for searching and evaluating information about partners, their functioning in the industry, the competitive environment. We showed ways to identify a future bankrupt, as well as common types of schemes that indicate the facts of fraud;
• we held a series of master classes, where the expert analyzed the problematic cases of the Group's economic security managers;
• we disclosed the possibilities of Globas for efficient and fast use of its tools and functions when checking partners and customers.

Result

• thanks to the full-time format, it was possible to train all employees at the same time and devote time to analyzing cases with the possibility to hold a discussion of them in a group;
• managers learned about the latest changes in legislation, as well as received up-to-date methods for identifying various fraudulent schemes;
• the event was held only for the Group's employees, so employees were free to ask any questions related to the company's activities without fear of disclosing corporate information.
